In a late night fit of delirium, a few days before the engagement photos shoot, Jody and I were playing in Photoshop with a test shot of myself (a really awful pic). We cropped it and ran the crossed processed action and, voila, my awful photo became an ubercool rockstar portrait! We giggled. Too much. Then Jody whined, "I want a rockstar photo too."

The day of the engagement photos shoot I took a few test shots of Jody before our friends arrived. A little cropping, cross processed action, and my honey is a rockstar too! Complete with brooding, sickly expression, (I think from the incredibly bright sun that day).

A few days after that we were attending the wedding of one of Jody's coworkers. Another coworker in attendance said to us, "You guys are rockstars! I wish I could be a rockstar too!" Photography truly works magic...
